Ambassador Joseph Caron's retirement announcement
One of our favourite speakers and guests and, coincidentally, our Canadian Ambassador (in sequence) to the People’s Republic of China, Japan and the Republic of India, Joseph Caron, has very recently retired from the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (Canada) and is now in the process of setting up a new business head-quartered in Vancouver.
