JCCC Event: Drinks of Japan

Webinar Series hosted by JCCC and guest speaker Shotaro Ozawa 

Would you like to experience dynamic of Japanese food and drink pairings this winter? Something informative, educational, and fun!

Shotaro Ozawa, who is a certified Kikisake-shi, Sake Expert and Japanese food specialist and also the president of Ozawa Canada, which is a pioneer in the importation and distribution of quality Japanese foods, beers, premium sakes and spirits, will provide in-depth insights into different Japanese drinks at a JCCC monthly online seminar, “Drinks of Japan”.

The zoom live seminar will be broadcast from different featured restaurants for each seminar. Discussions with restaurant chefs about pairings will also offer a fun way to learn (and enjoy) more about Japanese drinks and foods.

The fun part will be both tasting and drinking the various pairings!

You will also be able to order drinks and food in advance and enjoy them in your home or - if permitted - partake in dine-in operations at the restaurant exclusively for the live seminar (with Covid-19 protocols in place)!
